Bring your FIFO data into your own tools.

The FIFO REST API lets you pull your links, click stats, individual click records, and category data into dashboards, spreadsheets, scripts, and internal tools — and, when you grant write scopes, create links and categories from them. Authenticate with a simple API key and query the same analytics you see in your dashboard.

API access is available on the Maker Pro plan, and is the foundation for both custom integrations and AI access via the MCP server.

What you can build with the API

The API exposes the data you already track in FIFO: a list of your links with click counts, per-link stats with timeseries and breakdowns, individual click records, an account overview, and your categories. With that, you can build custom dashboards, sync click data into a spreadsheet or BI tool, automate reporting to brand partners, or trigger workflows when a link takes off.

A key holds only the scopes you grant it, and write scopes are off unless you tick them. A read-only key is safe to hand to a dashboard or an internal tool: it can surface your data but cannot touch your links. Issue a separate key with write scopes for the integrations that need to create things, and revoke either independently.

Secure, scoped API keys

You generate API keys from your dashboard and grant each one specific read scopes — links, stats, and categories. Keys are shown once at creation, stored only as a hash, and can be revoked any time. Requests are rate-limited per plan, so usage stays predictable.

The same key model powers the FIFO MCP server, so connecting an AI assistant uses exactly the credentials and scopes you already understand.

What can the FIFO API do?

Can the API change my links?
